Our philosophy of care is based upon resident choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and independence. Courtyard Towers Assisted Living Mesa offers services tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. We take a personalized approach, expanding our services when needed, to meet the requirements of each resident right in their own apartment home.
Our Assisted Living service plans are developed by our Health Services Director, the resident, and their family, which coordinates a range of services to support the resident's independence, self-direction, and participation in decisions. Periodic reassessments are conducted by our Health Services Director.
